We meet to understand the brief — budget, lifestyle, investment thesis, timing and risk tolerance. The output is a written acquisition strategy: target suburbs, property types, price ranges and the criteria that will guide every decision.

Property Search & Shortlisting

We activate the search across on-market, off-market and pre-market channels. Every property is screened against the strategy. Only the shortlist that genuinely meets the brief comes to you — usually with full inspection notes and supporting research.

Negotiation & Due Diligence

We coordinate independent valuation, building and pest inspections, contract review and any specialist reports required. Then we negotiate — calmly, strategically — to secure the property on the best possible terms.

Secure & Settle

From contract signing through to settlement we coordinate solicitors, finance, insurance and pre-settlement inspections. Beyond settlement, we remain available — for property managers, renovations, future acquisitions or simply advice.
